Everyday Loans amongst first recipients of highest Feefo Accolade

Everyday Loans is one of the first recipients of the newly launched Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.

Introduced to recognise the exceptional and consistent levels of service provided by UK companies, it recognises those that go above and beyond to ace their customer experience year after year.

Those businesses who attain a Feefo gold award for three consecutive years are now celebrated with the new Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.

Everyday Loans Andrew Wayland said: “Great customer service should never be a one-time deal. Instead, it must be a commitment to putting customers above all else, every time.

“This is very much the ethos that we operate, and we’re delighted and very grateful that those who borrow from us are so happy with the advice, support and service they receive and have taken the time to feedback on Feefo.

“Our business is built on providing our customers with face-to-face financial support. We pride ourselves on helping to get them back on to a firmer financial footing and back into mainstream lending. We’re the only unsecured loan provider to operate in this. We’re pleased that our approach and the services we provide have been recognised in this way.”
