Non-Standard Finance's Scheme of Arrangement

Important notice: 7 July 2023

Everyday Lending Limited (“ELL”), a company within the Non-Standard Finance group, runs Everyday Loans, George Banco and TrustTwo, and is responsible for paying any valid claims from customers in relation to loans provided by those brands. ELL does not have enough money to pay this compensation in full and is using a legal process called a “scheme of arrangement” to pay part of eligible compensation claims it receives in final settlement of eligible compensation claims (the “Scheme”).

The Scheme was sanctioned by the Court on 22 June 2023 and Non-Standard Finance group announced today that Plan B has completed, so the Scheme has now become effective. Customers who believe they have an eligible compensation claim under the Scheme have until 31 December 2023 to submit their claim.

For more information, please visit the Scheme website www.nsfclaims.co.uk. The documents found at the Scheme website include a document (the Explanatory Statement) that explains the Scheme, as well as setting out the terms of Scheme. The Scheme website also contains an FAQ section.
