Why Work Here?

Established in 2006, Everyday Loans has grown to become the market leader in branch based, unsecured personal loans. Our dedicated Branch and Customer Account Managers supporting our local communities from our network of over 74 local branches are what set us apart, supported by a talented team of support functions at sites across the UK including Bourne End in Buckinghamshire.

We are proud to have been awarded Moneyfacts Best Non-Mainstream Loan Provider of the year 2020 and have been nominated in 3 categories for the Business Culture Awards 2020! Not to mention our Gold standard Feefo Customer Service award, a testament to the hard work of our staff who strive to go above and beyond for every customer.

Opportunities to get involved…

As an employee, your view matters. Everyday Loans has several ways in which staff can get involved and network with staff across the company and make a difference to the community. We have active Charity and Social Committees, an active Employee Forum with elected representatives across the UK that meet quarterly to name a few.

Giving back to our communities

Alongside getting involved with our Charity Committee, every member of staff has the option to take up to 3 days in lieu each year to volunteer their time to support a charity. The business this year is proud to have raised over £5,000 for Guide Dogs UK, with several our staff taking part in a mammoth bike ride from our Head Office in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire to Newcastle! Previous years efforts have taken our staff on charity rides to Paris and Manchester.

Wellbeing in the Workplace

Everyday Loans is committed to supporting its people. We have trained Mental Health First Aiders across the business – with the opportunity to get involved and train yourself should you wish. We are also a proud foundation partner with MindSet magazine – the UK's leading mainstream magazine dedicated to the health of the mind.

A place to have a career…

Everyday Loans has more than doubled in the last 5 years, and with that has seen several opportunities for our staff to progress up the career ladder. We are committed to developing our internal talent, and as an employee you will have first access to apply for internal promotion opportunities.
