EVERYDAY LOANS BRINGS ITS POPULAR FACE-TO-FACE LENDING APPROACH TO DUNDEE

Dundee.jfif

The UK’s largest branch based lender of unsecured loans, specialising in helping those with less-than-perfect credit, is bringing its popular face-to-face lending approach to Dundee giving local people the opportunity to discuss their borrowing needs in person with its experienced account managers.

The branch – which is located on Reform Street in the city centre - is Everyday Loans’ sixth in Scotland, alongside Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dunfermline, Hamilton and Paisley and takes its branch network to 74 across the UK, serving over 60,000 borrowers.

This extensive network means that Everyday Loans’ customers tend to live within a 30-minute commute to a branch, so they benefit from personal conversations with their dedicated account managers. It is the only unsecured sub-prime loan provider to operate in this way.

Everyday Loans in Dundee will provide customers - many of whom have experienced financial difficulties in the past – with a professional and friendly environment to discuss their finances. Committed to responsible lending, it offers a case-by-case approach and ensures that every customer can comfortably afford repayments.

Branch Manager Andrea Cuthbertson, said: “We have a wealth of financial services experience and our local team knows what it takes to deliver a straightforward, face-to-face service.

“We take the time to understand our customers’ needs on a human level, which online processes can miss. It’s this personal approach that people love and helps us to build long-term relationships.”

Everyday Loans Area Manager Donna Short agreed. She said: “Of course we take credit history into account, but we believe each of our customers should have the chance to build a creditworthy future.

“It’s our highly personalised approach that makes us most proud. This allows us to lend where others sometimes can’t or won’t. We’re very much looking forward to supporting the people of Dundee with their lending needs.”

Everyday Loans has a partnership with On Hand and every employee at Everyday Loans is given three volunteering days a year to support their local community.

Andrea Cuthbertson again: “Being socially responsible and ethical matters to everyone here and we look forward to supporting the causes that matter to Dundee.”
