Women in finance
In March 2019 the Everyday Loans Group was proud to be one of the first sub-prime lenders to join over 300 other signatories of the Women in Finance Charter.
The Charter, established by HM Treasury, aims to see women hold at least 40% of executive and mid-tier management roles by 2021 within the organisations who sign it.
Women make up 42% of our 55,000+ customer-base and we want to reflect this in our management team.
The Everyday Loans Group pledge to:
- Have one member of the senior executive team who is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion- This is our CEO, Miles Cresswell-Turner
- Set an internal target for gender diversity in senior management- We aim to have 40% of our senior management be held by women
- Publish progress annually on our website
- Link the pay of the senior executive team against the internal targets on gender diversity
