What you can expect from Selfy Loans:
There are certain things you can expect when you deal with Selfy Loans. Our professional staff work hard to deliver our promises. We think you'll like them.
We'll always be:
With a wealth of experience in Financial Services, our management team knows what it takes to deliver a straightforward, customer orientated service.
From our years of experience working with real people just like you, we understand the anxieties surrounding personal loans. Our application process is as transparent as can be and our dedicated customer service team are always on hand to talk things through.
Our loans should be the perfect fit for you and your situation.
We'll always ensure that we only lend what a customer can comfortably afford to repay. We are committed to responsible lending and positive customer outcomes.
We offer loans for almost any purpose up to £10,000, but the amount we lend and the rate offered depends on individual circumstances. Five things help us to decide what we'll lend you and the amount of your loan repayments: We look at:
- What you can afford
- If you own your home or rent it
- Your current circumstances (income and outgoings)
- Your financial affairs in the past (credit history)
- Your business status
After you have completed the application form we will invite you to visit your local branch to discuss and process your application. If you sign your loan agreement before 8:30pm the money is transferred the same day.
You have a 14 day cooling off period and can return the loan to us without any charges during this period.
After this if a change in circumstances means you think you can't make your repayments, you must tell us straight away and we will endeavour to help you manage the situation.
