Meet Leonard, a customer of our Newcastle branch
Leonard Womesly found himself struggling to pay the bills inbetween jobs. He visited our Newcastle branch after seeking a loan at his bank, “I was treated rotten at the bank, but everyone in the branch was so friendly”.
He sat down with one of our Customer Account Managers, Emma Orton, who talked him through the loan process. “Emma came to our rescue in the eleventh hour. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, I was able to take my time.”
After talking with Emma, he was given a loan to not only cover his bills, but to consolidate previous debt and repair his car.
Leonard now works full-time as a care worker.
