| What documents must I
bring to the meeting?
There are some things we’ll need to see when you apply for
your loan. Please bring the following original documents with you:
1. Proof of identity for each borrower
Tick off each item as you gather it.
[1] A valid passport
or
[1] A valid driving
licence
or
[1] If you are self-employed
in the construction industry then a signed photographic registration
card (Forms C1S4, C1S4(P), C1S4(T), C1S5 or C1S6)
2. Proof of where you live
Tick off each item as you gather it.
[1] A recent utility bill
or
[1] A bank statement
or
[1] A car tax renewal
letter from the DVLA
or
[1] A Television licence
renewal letter
3. Proof your income and regular outgoings
Tick off each item as you gather it.
[1] Most recent payslip (within 60 days) or 2 months bank accounts
[1] Accountant’s
reference
[1] Self Assessment

[1] Previous year’s
audited accounts
[1] SE60 slips - last
4 weeks
